Do you allow pets?

Yes, cats and dogs, two per home, with no weight limit. There is a one-time $350 pet fee and $35 a month per pet. The rooftop dog run and wash station are free to use.

Is parking available?

Yes. Reserved spaces in the garage are $175 a month, and there is a waiting list for the electric-vehicle spaces. Bike storage is free and there are 200 racks. Guest parking bays are reserved through the resident portal.

What lease terms do you offer?

Seven to fifteen months on studios and one-bedrooms, and twelve to eighteen on two and three-bedrooms. Pricing changes with the term, so ask for a quote on the one you want.

Do you offer furnished homes?

A small number of furnished homes are available on shorter terms. Ask the leasing office what is free for your dates.

What deposit will I pay?

Deposits start at $500 for a studio or one-bedroom, $750 for a two-bedroom and $1,000 for a three-bedroom. Approved applicants with strong credit may qualify for a reduced deposit.

Which utilities are included?

Water, sewer and trash are billed monthly with rent, based on the size of your home. Electricity, gas and internet are set up in your own name.

How does the application work?

Apply online and we run credit and background checks. You will usually hear back within one business day.

What are the application and move-in fees?

The application fee is $45 a person and the administration fee is $200.

Can I tour without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours and we will show you whatever is ready that day. Booking ahead means we can show you the exact home you are interested in.

How do I pay rent?

Pay rent through the resident portal. Set up autopay, check your ledger, or make a one-off payment.

How do I request maintenance?

Log a request any time through the resident portal. Emergencies are answered around the clock.

Do you have accessible homes?

Accessible homes are available, and the leasing office will walk you through what each one offers. The community is designed and operated in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
